Orders, cancellations and refunds

You agree to these when you pay for an order.

• You can cancel for a full refund until the order deadline for your time window. After that, baking has started and the order can’t be refunded.
• Missed pickups and deliveries can’t be refunded. Message us before your window if your plans change.
• Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts and peanuts. Check each item’s allergens before you order.

Food safety and allergens

THIS PRODUCT WAS PRODUCED IN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENTAL LICENSING OR INSPECTION.

Every product page lists all the ingredients and allergens. If you have a serious allergy, ask us before you order.

Privacy

When you order, we keep your name, email, phone number, what you ordered and any notes you leave, and for delivery, your address and drop-off instructions. When you write to us or sign up for news, we keep what you send us.

We use it to make your order, deliver it, and email you about it; to answer your messages; and, if you signed up, to tell you when there’s something new. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising.

A few services help us run the store, and see only what they need:

• Stripe takes your payment. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or keep them.
• Supabase stores the store’s data.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Mapbox checks that a delivery address is inside the area we deliver to.
• Vercel runs this website, and counts page visits without cookies. Links to an order are counted without the private part that opens it.

Your cart is kept in your own browser. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for taxes and bookkeeping. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave our email list, contact us. Every announcement email has a link to unsubscribe, too.

Terms

• Your order is placed once your payment goes through. Prices are in US dollars.
• Prices and what’s available can change, but never for an order you’ve already paid for.
• We don’t ship. Orders are picked up, or delivered by us inside the Corpus Christi city limits.
• If we can’t make your order, we’ll tell you as soon as we can and refund you in full.
• These terms are under Texas law. We may update these policies; the version here applies to orders placed from now on.
